This is my first treadmill, and it's great! It is easy to set up and use, quiet, and even has a shelf I can use to put reading materials on (when I don't want to use the fan). I love the aerobic options. I think it's a good purchase.

I work a lot so I don't have all the time in the world to exercise or go jogging. This way I can exercise in my house at the rate and speed I want to and also have the time to do the exercise rather then to say tomorrow.

I got this to ensure I could maintain my fitness level through the winter ... as a trainer, sometimes you lose sight of your own fitness routines for helping others and trying to get a work-out in in the gym you work at is useless - clients and members constantly interrupt. this treadmill provides me the upper and lower body focus I need and the varying intensities and levels the body needs. I LOVE IT SO FAR!!
