The Sole F83 (2008 Model) Folding Treadmill upgrades to a wider walking surface, club-style dot matrix display and a beefier. The strong, 3.25 hp motor delivers challenging speeds up to 12 mph and inclines up to 15 percent and the F83 (2008 Model) Folding can handle users weighing up to 350 pounds. Yet what sets it apart is the programmable heart-rate workouts. View your pulse on the console and watch as the treadmill makes adjustments to incline making sure you stay in your target heart-rate zone. The console also has built in speakers which allow you to hook up any MP3 player( iPod, etc.) for easy listening. It uses the included polar wireless chest strap that touts a 99.9% accuracy rating.
