It features grip pulse rate, 11 quick keys for speed, 12 quick keys for incline, and speed or elevation hand controls. The Treadmill displays speed, time, distance, calories, incline, pulse, pace, and elevation gain. It has eight kinetic energy dampers deck cushioning, three windows LED 10 x 12 backlit LCD dot matrix electronic windows, and 15 preset, three user, and two heart rate programs.
